If you want to support Michael in this time of distress please understand that we need now more than ever to stand by him. Now that the fight against Sony will be in the public eye, we need to show our support and to show that Michael is not alone. So let me resume the situation a little bit…

For what I can see, this document has a new take on the situation and it focuses on the smear campaign Sony is allegedly conducting in the media against MJ. Very interesting read!
Please let everyone know. Remember that many people don’t have the internet yet, so it’s up to you to find creative ways to let these people know, if you have time and are committed enough J try to get a radio station to interview you on the matter. This is also why it is so important to get the press attention, as it is the only way to create awareness in the public eye, to let them know Invicnible was sabotaged.

You can also explain why: we know from several sources that T.Mottola is directly responsible for killing Invincible, he is directly accountable for trying to destroy Michael's career, the orders come straight from him!!!! How about voicing our protest to his bosses? How about we try to get him fired? We can tell them that we will continue to BOYCOTT their products until he is in charge of Sony USA!!!! ...IT'S A FORM OF PROTESTING…

STOP SONY FROM SABOTAGING MICHAEL JACKSON!!!
They are destroying ART for Money
LET THE WORLD KNOW!!!
After selling more than 5 million copies in less than 3 months, today, Michael Jackson’s new album Invincible is nowhere to be seen due to lack of promotion and a peculiarly shady label strategy.
We believe that Sony is indeed purposely sabotaging Invincible: they are trying to keep Michael Jackson from touring, from doing any kind of promotion, deliberately deciding not to release singles. They have erased his name from the company's priority list. They want to bring him down, to destroy him as an artist.
Why?
Because they want to get their hands on the entire ATV catalogue which MJ bought in 1985 (the ATV catalogue contains over 1000 songs including 251 Beatles titles and it is a wealth of music), and because they know Invincible is Michael's last full album with them. Michael's contract with Sony is up for any album of new material. After the release of a box set containing two new songs, Michael is then free to move on to another record company and is currently being courted by several different ones.
In 1995 Michael Jackson and Sony merged their catalogues to form Sony/ATV. Michael and Sony shared the revenue 50/50 split of the merged catalogue earnings. When he leaves Sony, Michael will take with him, half of whatever the Sony/ATV catalogue makes in the future. The deal includes new songs that come under the control of this merger! Michael made a very smart move, Tommy Mottola didn't think that Michael would be able to uphold his agreement. Now, Tommy and his friends are trying to crush him financially by not promoting the album and by conducting a smear campaign in the media, so to make it impossible for him to recoup the money spent during the recording on Invincible. By doing this, they think that Michael will be forced to sell his half of the catalogue and they will get sole ownership while leaving the artist with a damaged career.
We won't just sit back and watch:
1) BOYCOTT all Sony products: CD's, electronics, everything that has the brand name "Sony" on it. 2) Organize fan DEMONSTRATIONS at Sony’s offices, make banners sporting boycott messages.
3) Write to the press, to all media outlets explaining the situation and attacking Sony's doings.
